If you have any general enquiries such as requesting test results, etc we shall be pleased to help you if you telephone 01929 – 462376 AFTER 2.00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and AFTER 2.30 p.m. Fridays. Please do not ring during morning surgery as we are too busy to check for you at this time and you will be asked to call back.
Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
Test Results
When your test is taken you will be told how long it will be before the results are likely to be returned to the practice. Doctors will always endeavour to inform patients of abnormal results (assuming a review appointment had not already been suggested). However, it remains your responsibility to check your results with reception.
Please be aware: Test results take time to reach us, so please do not ring before you have been advised to do so. (Please ring 01929 462376 after 2pm Mon – Thurs and after 2.30pm on Fri for results of tests and general enquiries)
Enquiries about tests ordered by the hospital should be directed to the hospital, not the practice.
